pictures are acting weird

for some reason the pictures I'm posting aren't showing up in firefox, but most are with IE. I've tried clearing the cache, but it's not working so I have no clue what is going on. Bear with me! It's also odd that on the desktop I'm getting duplicate pictures, where here on the notebook it's showing single. There's got to be a better way!
